Ellie is a registered psychologist with experience working with people across the lifespan. She provides a warm, client-centred and neuroaffirming therapy space that focuses on strengths, clear goals and practical skills that fit everyday life. Ellie primarily uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills and mindfulness.

Her background spans private practice, school settings, community health and forensic services, informing tailored interventions that build emotional regulation, resilience and healthy routines.

Ellie has a primary interest in working with children, adolescents and young adults.

Ellie consults from our Chelsea Heights and via Telehealth.
