Ilana has worked in a variety of settings here in Australia and internationally. These settings include the Military, Community Mental Health, SANE Australia, Family Violence Outreach Programme (WAYYS), Monash IVF, Swinburne Psychology Clinic, and Private Practice.
Ilana has a wealth of knowledge and experience coupled with a sincere passion to help her clients gain positive changes in their lives. Ilana incorporates an holistic approach to mental health combining different therapeutic frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Meditation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Positive Psychology, Gestalt and Existential Therapy.
Ilana is a strong advocate for human potential, resilience and inner strength which is facilitated by providing a warm and caring approach, in which people can feel truly heard and respected.
Ilana is also fluent in both Russian and Hebrew languages.
Ilana consults via Telehealth only, either by Zoom or phone.
